Ten on Tuesday

Well hello, whoever is reading this :) I still think you should leave comments because I feel all alone and loserish because no one comments :( hahahahah okay so here is my Ten for the week!

1-If anyone has been followng my lonely on call days then you already know. Those who haven't should feel lucky that they haven't had to listen to me whine. I had been on main 4 times, and back up 3 times in a row, with absolutely ZERO calls. Talk about a waste of time! 7am-7pm doing absolutely NOTHING! Ugh, it was horrible! I know, I should be happy that no one was getting hurt, but ugh what a waste of time! Finally, on day 5 we got one call, it was a fall. I was so happy! Okay, I wasn't happy that someone had fell, but I was happy that I got a call. It made me feel a whole lot better.


2-On Wednesday I got a very random phone call from a high counselman in my ward. When I say random, I mean random. I have very little to do with anything when it comes to stake business, and even church. I go to church every week, and I do my calling (ward prayer) but I don't get too involved. Then, I get this phone call and I was a little freaked out. It turns out that he wanted me to speak with him on Sunday in a ward in our stake. Not my ward, not my home ward, just a random ward in my stake. WEIRD! Anyways, I really enjoy giving talks so I said yep! So, I spoke at a random ward in my stake on Elder Hollands talk "None were with him." I think it turned out pretty good. Koral, John, My Gram & Bampa, and Maridan all came and supported me!


3-Thursday, I went down to my Moms house and found Yellie, Shilyn, and Katana playing Disney Monopoly. Yellie and Shi were on a team, and Jourdyn and Katana were on a team before Jourdyn left. When I got there Yellie and Shilyn owned 85% of the board, because Katana wanted to "save all her money." I laughed I thought it was very cute and hilarious at the same time. The girls eventually got bored so they quit playing before Katana realized exactly how bad of shape she was in. But, I will tell you this, she was pretty proud of her 8, $500 bills :)


4-Friday night Maridand and I went all around town to get demolition derby tickets. After trying 3-4 places and walking back and forth we found some. So me, John, Mason, Yellie, Maridan and Koral went to the demolition derby in Spanish Fork, for the Utah County Fair. It was so cool! I have never been before! I decided that I wanted a pink demoliton car! However, everyone who was in for building one with me, bailed when I said pink. Sad day! I even told them that we could do it all black with pink kissy lips on the back. Yeah, they didn't like that idea!

5-We also found a pink tractor! I told Yellie to go stand by it! Everytime I see this picture I start singing "I'll take you for a ride on my big pink tractor, we can go slow, or make it go faster!" Hahaha, if you don't listen to country music, you won't understand :)

6-John and I went down to the petting zoo part of the fair! It was so fun! We saw baby piglets, and baby goats, and alpacas with the crazy hair, and chickens, and cows, and pigs, and horses, and rabbits, and guinea pigs, and sheep!! I loved it!! My favorite besides the crazy hair alapacas, and baby piglets, and goats was the cow!! I went to pet it and it started to lick me!! It was very creepy!!! But, it was so cute at the same time!! Here is a picture of the "slug tongue" cow as John called it.

7-Mason and I have been pretty close to obsessed with NCIS on USA. We love it! It's a tv show that is kind of a like Law and Order and CSI. Except, it's based on Navy based crimes. Anyways, we were watching a marathon of it, and Mason was so tired, and I kept teasing him saying stay awake! Just one more episode! Then he hugged me goodnight and I was like just finish this one, it will be over in a half hour. So he said okay, then crawled over to the other couch. Next thing I know he looked liked this.

After I laughed hysterically at him I told him that he could go to sleep.

8-Monday night Me, Mason, Yellie, and Koral (Tava was at work, and my Dad in Arkansas) went down to my Grams & Bampa's so my Bampa could give Mason and Yellie there back to school blessing since my Dad is out of town. I prepared a lesson, and we had family home evening. Maridan made cheese pie, and to make my Dad jealous since he LOVES cheese pie I sent him this picture of Katana and Shilyn eating cheese pie without him.

9-Tava and I went to One Man Band today, it was so YUMMY! I LOVE there hashbrowns!!

10-Hmm... one more... my mom made dutch oven dinner and dessert!! Mmmmmm.... that was really yummy too! Hahaha I just decided that I am really hungry so I am going to wrap this up and go eat!
