Random Quote of the Week

Thank you whoever made this and Facebook for letting me see this!!

To all the single ladies in such a hurry to get married, here's a quick piece of Bibical advice:

Ruth patiently waited for her mate Boaz. While waiting on YOUR Boaz, don't settle for ANY of his relatives: Brokeaz, Poaz, Lyinaz, Cheatinaz, Dumbaz, Cheapaz, Lockedupaz, Goodfornothinaz, Lazyaz or Marriedaz, and especially his third cousin Beatinyoaz. Please, wait for your Boaz and make sure he respects Yoaz.

I am so glad I found my Boaz!!

Well... I started my new job...

All I can say right now is... SHOOT ME!! I was told that if I can survive the first week, then I will be fine. I'm on day 3...

This lovely book is The Code of Federal Regulations... Anything that has to do with blood I have to read...

Don't worry it's not just the book, there is a computer program too that I watch the power points or read and then take a quiz. All on rules and regulations of the FDA and who knows what else. If I miss one on the quiz, I have to take the whole quiz over again. This is what I do for 8 hours a day... for the first week of my job. All the while... there are people on their breaks, or just taking a break laughing and joking and having a blast.

I don't regret not having a job for a year. It was something that I am glad that I did. I was able to spend some quality time with my Grandpa, and I was able to start dating the man of my dreams (since I didn't work with him anymore he decided to ask me out). I knew that going back to work was going to be an adjustment. Especially, going back full time. But seriously... reading and taking quizzes?? I come home brain dead and exhausted.

The only thing that gives me hope is the fact that most people I talk to there LOVE it. They just tell me to get through the first week and I'll be fine. I guess we will see, and I guess the fact that everyone is laughing and teasing in the background of my torture is a good sign too.

Well, that's my bad attitude. I am grateful to have a job, and to finally be able to get some real money coming in and to move on with my life... Right now, it's just discouraging and hard... But, just like my Bampa used to say

"It Ain't Easy, Darlin"
