Random Quote of the Week

Thank you whoever made this and Facebook for letting me see this!!

To all the single ladies in such a hurry to get married, here's a quick piece of Bibical advice:

Ruth patiently waited for her mate Boaz. While waiting on YOUR Boaz, don't settle for ANY of his relatives: Brokeaz, Poaz, Lyinaz, Cheatinaz, Dumbaz, Cheapaz, Lockedupaz, Goodfornothinaz, Lazyaz or Marriedaz, and especially his third cousin Beatinyoaz. Please, wait for your Boaz and make sure he respects Yoaz.

I am so glad I found my Boaz!!

My aversion to clothes

As most people know... I like to be comfy, to get me to dress up in any way is a huge accomplishment. If you do happen to get me dressed up... I change the second I can.
For example, after church:

The first thing to go is the shoes, they are usually off by the time I get in the car. The second thing is the skirt, ugh. If I can I will put on gym shorts of some kind of sweat pants, depending on mother natures attitude. If I am wearing a more dressy top, that is next. I will usually just put on a t-shirt of a hoodie. My favorite thing to wear is sweat pants and a hoodie.

If I am going somewhere that requires me to be dressed up, I have a change of clothes in my car. Usually... about 3 changes of clothes. Since, you never know what mother nature is going to throw at you. Once I am free from whatever occasion is making me be dressed up, I changed immediately, usually in my car. Thankfully... I have tinted windows.

To set in stone my hate for dressy clothes...

When I go to the temple to do baptisms, I change into a skirt when I get to the temple, then I walk in the temple, change into the baptism clothing, do baptisms, go out to my car and change into comfy clothes. Keep in mind... the temple is at most 20 minutes away. Yeah.... I'm pathetic.

Even if I am wearing jeans, if I am just lounging somewhere, I have to be in some kind of comfy clothing.

Well, my dear boyfriend knows my aversion to normal clothes, so when we are at his house and we are just hanging out he has just started throwing some of his gym shorts at me so I can change. Isn't he sweet?? I think so!

However, I now have several articles of clothing of his at my house, since I just wear them home. The best though is what I am wearing right now.

We went to my cousins wedding reception and I wore a skirt. While we were driving up to the reception center I changed into my skirt about 15 minutes before we arrived. I stayed in my skirt then the second I got in my car, I changed back into my jeans.

After we went to Justin's and decided to watch a movie. You can't watch a movie in jeans, yuck! So, I stole some gym shorts. However, I was FREEZING!!! Mostly my feet, so I put my cold toes on Justin's back to warm them up as I asked for some socks. Justin then proceeded to take off the socks he was wearing and said "Here! Wear these, they are already warm!" I love the man, and I am not scared of his feet (plus they weren't sweaty) so I put on his socks.

Keep in mind... Justin is bigger than me, I fit into a mens small gym shorts... maybe even extra small, and he fits a large sometimes and XL depending on length and whatever else. So, basically I am just drenched in clothes, but hey! I was comfy! That is all that mattered, better too big than fitting... or heaven forbid small!

Anyways, I could not get warm, so I asked Justin where I could find some sweats. He got me some sweats and I put them on over the top of the shorts. So now, instead of just wearing the normal shorts, I am wearing his socks, shorts, and sweats. I eventually got warm after I wrapped up in a blanket and snuggled next to him (who is like my dad and radiates heat). Then, it was time to go home. My feet were freezing and I wasn't about to take off the socks, so I put on my flip flops with Justin's socks on and I drove home.

When I got home. I realized I looked like a freak. Wearing Justin's shorts, sweats, and socks. Poor Justin is going to run out of clothes eventually. I told him that he better marry me quick or he's going to be running around naked. Which, also puts me at a bad spot because then I won't have any comfy clothes anymore.

Yeah, I could just return them... but hey! Why do that when I could convince such a wonderful man to marry me?!?!?
