Random Quote of the Week

Thank you whoever made this and Facebook for letting me see this!!

To all the single ladies in such a hurry to get married, here's a quick piece of Bibical advice:

Ruth patiently waited for her mate Boaz. While waiting on YOUR Boaz, don't settle for ANY of his relatives: Brokeaz, Poaz, Lyinaz, Cheatinaz, Dumbaz, Cheapaz, Lockedupaz, Goodfornothinaz, Lazyaz or Marriedaz, and especially his third cousin Beatinyoaz. Please, wait for your Boaz and make sure he respects Yoaz.

I am so glad I found my Boaz!!

Ten on Thursday

Just when I thought that life couldn't get any busier... I got hired on with EFY.

1-I applied to be a health counselor for EFY about 2 month ago (6 months AFTER the deadline to apply) I figured I wouldn't get it... but what could it hurt? Well about 2 weeks ago I got a call asking if I wanted to interview. I found out on Friday that I got the job. The full 8 weeks. Starting this Sunday the 6th until Aug. 1st.

2-I mowed my Grandparents lawn... that was quite the experience. If I have ever mowed a lawn... I don't remember it. It was pretty intense... and pretty relaxing too.

3-I won the biggest dork award on Friday. We have been having issues with our next door neighbor. So, we have locked our doors and windows (which are seldomly ever locked). Well, I forgot that they will open from the inside but still lock from the outside... Yeah... can you see where this is going??

4-Well... I went outside a whopping 5 feet to let the dogs out... and shut the door behind me... No keys... No shoes... No jacket... No phone. It was 11pm. Grrrr!! I wandered around my house trying to find a window or anything. I even tried to start the 4-wheeler so I could drive down to my Grandparents, with no shoes, no jacket, no phone, at 11pm. The 4-wheeler wouldn't start... sigh...

5-I went to my other neighbors house who was asleep and knocked and said "I'm an idiot... and locked myself out... can I use your phone??" I call and wake up my Grandpa and he doesn't have a key. So, I call my dad who says "You'll have to sleep over at Grams, there isn't a spare anywhere." Well that would have worked just great if I wasn't on call the next morning and my pager was in the house... with my phone... so I couldn't call anyone to get a pager.

6-My Dad then realized that while he was cleaning out the garage that he found a key. He said "it might get you in... but I can't remember where I put it, or if it's even there...You'll have to look." So he gave me some places where it might be. I went back over to my house and sure enough there is the key... RIGHT there... not even concealed!! It was right in front of my face the entire time. Urghhh!! I went back over to my neighbors and said that I got in and then called my Grandpa and told him.

7-Yellie and I have been planning on going on a photo shoot at the temple. It was tons of fun!! I'll post some pictures on here, the rest are on Facebook. We had tons of fun! Then, we went to Brick Oven.

8-Today I went up to BYU-Provo to get my life for the next 2.5 months figured out... I am way super excited for EFY, really nervous because I have never lived away from home. This should be a good experience though.

9-Yesterday I went to Shilyn, Katana, Jourdyn, and Jentries dance recital, went to get ice cream with Adam and Tava, so Adam could show us his car, and then went over to a girl in my wards house to watch Glee. Which I'll be honest is WEIRD!!!

I think that is all I have for the week! Have a most wonderful week!!

Love JaNae
